We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a strong understanding of the local market.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate and manage leads from various sources, including online listings, referrals, and field visits.
Build relationships with brokers and channel partners to expand property supply.
Conduct regular market research to identify new commercial projects and available inventory.
Negotiate both sale and lease terms, and coordinate between owners, tenants, and buyers.
Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and deal movement in internal records.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accuracy of property details.
Achieve monthly targets set by management.
