Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Club One Realtors

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 13 years in Real Estate Sales

Salary Range: 3.5 LPA – 6 LPA (Fixed Salary)

Targets: No Target-Based Work

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in real estate, and the ability to handle clients professionally. This role offers a fixed salary with no sales target pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries and assist clients throughout the property buying process.
• Conduct site visits and present property details effectively.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and documentation.
• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client-handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and handle queries professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
