Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive in the Ceramic Industry. The position is based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, planning and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The individual will also be expected to conduct market research, participate in industry events, and provide feedback to the product development team. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and client relationship management in the ceramic industry Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and market segmentation Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
