Job Description

Position Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive business growth across our IT services and SaaS products.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy salesperson who understands how to position digital products and services to diverse clients, from startups to enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Pitch and present Prinknest’s products and services (web development, digital marketing, SaaS solutions like Interactive Floor Plan, Visitor Management System, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and custom client solutions.
  • Maintain and update client data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at expos, networking events, and online meetings when required.
  • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple business language.
  • Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms is a plus.
  • Immediate joiners preferred
