Sales Executive Biological Injections (Pharma)

As a Sales Executive in the Pharma Division located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling biological injectable products to healthcare professionals and institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling biological injectable products such as Ozempic and Erythropoietin to physicians, endocrinologists, nephrologists, diabetologists, hospitals, and specialty clinics. - Conducting regular visits to healthcare professionals and institutions to build strong relationships, increase brand awareness, and provide scientific and product information. - Executing product positioning and marketing strategies according to company guidelines. - Organizing and participating in CMEs, workshops, and product presentations. - Monitoring competitors" activities and market trends, and providing feedback to management. - Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Ensuring proper product availability and visibility across the assigned territory. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools and submitting reports as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. - 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a preference for experience in selling injectables and biologics. - Strong knowledge of diabetes, nephrology, endocrinology, and/or oncology therapeutic areas is advantageous. - Previous experience in selling Ozempic, Erythropoietin, or similar biopharma products. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Familiarity with pharma compliance and ethical selling practices. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized. - Ability to understand and explain complex medical information. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.,
