Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the Pharma Division based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling biological injectable products to healthcare professionals and institutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding complex therapies, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell biological injectable products to physicians, endocrinologists, nephrologists, diabetologists, hospitals, and specialty clinics. - Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and institutions to establish strong relationships and increase brand awareness. - Provide scientific and product information to ensure the safe and effective use of therapies. - Implement product positioning and marketing strategies as per company guidelines. - Organize and participate in CMEs, workshops, and product presentations. - Monitor competitors" activities and market trends, offering timely feedback to management. - Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory. - Keep accurate records using CRM tools and submit reports as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. - 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a preference for selling injectables and biologics. - Strong knowledge of diabetes, nephrology, endocrinology, and/or oncology therapeutic areas is advantageous. - Previous experience in selling biopharma products like Ozempic and Erythropoietin. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and a good understanding of pharma compliance and ethical selling practices. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized. - Ability to comprehend and articulate complex medical information effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.,
