Full job description

C Global Realtors is a trusted name in real estate, specializing in sole property and plot selling in Nashik and nearby regions. We are looking for energetic male and female Sales Executives with prior sales experience and good knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management
• Call and follow up with prospective clients from the leads provided in CRM.
• Convert leads into site visits and then into successful sales.
• Maintain proper records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Client Communication
• Explain property/project details clearly to clients.
• Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Sales & Closing
• Conduct site visits with interested buyers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with management for documentation and deal closure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good understanding of property/plot sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided if needed)

Requirements:

• Laptop (preferred but not mandatory)
• Transport vehicle (preferred)
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
