Key features include unit management, visitor approval, home services, emergency help, and community engagement. Residents can manage maintenance requests, payments, and communicate effectively through this user-friendly platform. Operating in Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Pune, Ohhpro Junction is committed to creating safe, secure, and digitally advanced societies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Ohhpro Junction, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Ohhpro Junction’s services. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting the app's features, negotiating contracts, and maintaining follow-up communication. The role also involves market research, planning sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies
  • Capability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate or housing society management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
