The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads using the LeadSquared App , tracking customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) , and achieving set sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with potential customers, ensuring a seamless buying experience while maintaining high levels of customer Lead Management: Maintain and update leads on the LeadSquared App . Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales. Ensure timely and accurate data entry for tracking performance. Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for two-wheeler products. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential customers. Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates satisfaction. Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring excellent customer service. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
