The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales strategy, building strong customer relationships to acheive success.This role includes overseeing daily sales, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive new opportunities. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions. Identify and expand new customer accounts and channels. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and sales campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on goals and customer needs. Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on customer and market insights.
