Job Description

The Sales Executive – Appliances is responsible for driving sales of home and consumer appliances through effective product demonstration, customer engagement, and relationship management. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for appliances.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities in retail, B2B, or dealer channels.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products and accessories.

2. Customer Interaction & Product Demonstration

  • Explain appliance features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Conduct live demos of appliances where applicable (e.g., kitchen appliances).
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budgets.

3. Store/Field Execution

  • Maintain proper display and merchandising of appliances.
  • Ensure stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch for replenishment.
  • Visit dealers, distributors, or customers as required (for field sales roles).

4. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, channel partners, and retailers.
  • Provide post-sale support and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads and inquiries.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; diploma in sales/marketing preferred.
  • 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or retail.
  • Strong product knowledge of appliances (kitchen appliances, white goods, small appliances, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and billing systems.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
