Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to colleges and universities to promote EdTech solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, department heads, and faculty.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for college stakeholders.
  • Understand institutional needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from clients to support product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling EdTech solutions to colleges or educational institutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
