Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive with 2 - 4 years of experience in SaaS product sales, preferably in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in Upwork bidding, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and a clear track record in B2B SaaS sales. This is a work-from-office role based in Noida, aligned to international sales hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST). Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify B2B leads for SaaS and IT service offerings through outbound efforts and platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and cold outreach Draft, submit, and track custom Upwork proposals to generate a high volume of quality leads Manage leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility Conduct discovery calls and product demos with potential clients, especially from US and international markets Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals Meet and exceed monthly lead generation, proposal submission, and deal closure targets Track sales metrics, report performance, and adapt strategies based on analytics and feedback Stay up to date with SaaS trends, product features, and competitor offerings Required Skills: 2 - 4 years of experience in SaaS sales within IT companies only (strictly no education background) Demonstrated experience in Upwork bidding with a successful track record of conversions Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM for lead and pipeline management Excellent written and verbal communication skills (U.S. client communication preferred)Familiarity with international sales cycles, proposal writing, and SaaS KPIs Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM 3 AM IST) Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) Career growth opportunities in a global sales environment Energetic, team-driven, and collaborative office culture
