• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales/distributor sales (preferred in polycarbonate, acrylic,
or plastic sheet industry)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of plastic sheet applications in construction, signage, roofing, etc.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Identify and onboard new distributors/dealers in target markets
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and timely deliveries
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and customer satisfaction
• Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide product demos, technical support, and after-sales service to clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions, exhibitions, and lead generation
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis
• Ensure collection of outstanding dues from distributors as per company policy
