Full-time (On-site, Kanpur)

AJD Solutions is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to strengthen our business development team. As a Sales Executive, your role will focus on turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Help with nurturing leads, build trust, and close deals with both national and international clients across SaaS, marketing, and local industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.

• Pitch marketing services to businesses and convert prospects into long-term clients.

• Maintain healthy relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Stay updated on SaaS, SEO, Google Ads, and marketing trends to align solutions with client goals

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver effective campaigns for clients.

• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and update CRM/trackers for performance monitoring.

• Maintain sales pipelines and share regular updates with the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in handling international and domestic clients.

• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions

• Ability to understand digital marketing concepts like SEO, Ads, and backlinks (a plus).

• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is an advantage.

• Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (preferably in SaaS/marketing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Colonelganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
