Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue potential leads through inbound and outbound channels, including cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services to address their needs.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's offerings to deliver accurate information during sales interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads to build strong relationships and convert them into long-term customers.
• Analyze customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor activities to suggest improvements or new opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, customer handling, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct product discussions, and close deals independently.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and digital lead generation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Good presentation skills for demos, meetings, and client pitches.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing confidently.
