Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for homebuyers and investors. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and field activities. - Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for potential customers. - Present project features, pricing, and benefits to clients clearly and convincingly. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales. - Assist in post-sale customer service and documentation support. - Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and sales reports. Requirements: - Proven experience in real estate or direct sales (1-3 years preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic technology skills to handle CRM & other sales tools - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in local languages (Tamil/English) is a must. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
