Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will own the full sales cycle — from sourcing and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals — while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound and inbound channels
• Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and strategy
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software / tech
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Knowledge of consultative selling or solution selling techniques
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle or IT environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
