Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of apartments, villas, and villa plots in premium gated communities. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and be skilled in persuading customers to visit sites and guiding them through the sales journey—from lead qualification to booking. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell apartments, villas, and villa plots within gated community projects developed by reputed builders. Engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand their requirements, and convince them to visit the project sites. Explain the features, benefits, pricing, and payment plans of different property types. Schedule and conduct site visits, provide property walkthroughs, and address buyer queries. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients (including HNIs and NRI buyers). Consistently follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings. Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, legal documentation, RERA guidelines, and market trends. Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Prepare daily activity reports and provide market feedback to the management. Candidate Profile: Experience: 6 months to 2 years in real estate sales (with apartments, villas, or plots). Prior experience with a builder or channel partner is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to drive site visits and bookings. Excellent communication in English and local language(s). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in handling property buyers independently. Knowledge of gated community lifestyle offerings and infrastructure is a plus. Own vehicle with valid license (preferred for field travel). Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per customer convenience.
