Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads. You will be expected to qualify leads based on established criteria, gather relevant information, and present and promote company products or services to potential clients. Additionally, you will need to follow up on leads, conduct research to identify potential prospects, and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from potential clients. Collaboration with the sales team to develop effective strategies for closing sales and staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company services, and industry trends are also key aspects of the role. To be successful in this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field being a plus. Proven experience as a sales caller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated, familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools, good organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, will be beneficial for this role.
