Most recently, we introduced BuzzOmni, our integrated media solutions arm, enabling brands to connect with audiences across every mediumout-of-home, digital, and beyond.

Position Summary:

The Sales Excellence Manager will be the agencys central strategist and storyteller, responsible for creating highly customised, persuasive sales presentations across all advertising mediums digital, offline, and hybrid.

They will partner with the sales team to win high-value deals, proactively pitch new media opportunities to existing clients, and ensure every pitch is backed by data, insight, and creativity. The role will also focus on standardising commercial processes, exploring media management and planning tools, and building the sales teams capabilities through training and hands-on support.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Pitch Development

• Lead the creation of custom pitch decks for strategic prospects and key accounts
• Translate client briefs into compelling, insight-led narratives covering multiple advertising channels
• Integrate audience insights, category trends, and competitive intelligence into proposals
• Collaborate with design/creative teams for visually premium, brand-consistent presentations
• Create vertical-specific pitch frameworks for top-spending industries (FMCG, BFSI, Real Estate, E-commerce, Automobiles, etc.)
• Accompany sales team for critical pitch meetings, assisting in delivery and handling complex queries

2. Cross-Selling to Existing Clients

• Review current client media usage and identify unexplored mediums (e.g., digital display, OTT, transit, influencer, experiential)
• Create new media opportunity pitch kits tailored to existing clients brand objectives
• Use performance data and case studies to make a strong business case for diversifying their ad mix

3. Sales Collateral Creation & Standardisation

• Maintain master sales decks adaptable across industries and deal sizes
• Develop quick pitch kits for faster turnaround on inbound leads
• Curate and regularly update case studies, campaign showcases, and testimonials
• Ensure rate cards, inventory lists, and media portfolios are accurate and current

4. Commercial Process Standardisation

• Standardise proposal templates, pricing structures, and approval workflows
• Ensure commercial documentation is clear, client-friendly, and brand-aligned
• Implement a central repository for all sales materials for easy team access

5. Organisational & Credentials Presentations

• Maintain corporate credentials, media portfolio showcases, and partner capability decks
• Update quarterly with new clients, awards, innovations, and inventory changes

6. Media Planning Tools Exploration

• Research and evaluate media management & planning platforms that can enhance campaign design, execution, and reporting
• Recommend and implement tools that improve planning accuracy and efficiency
• Train sales team on tool usage once adopted

7. Sales Capability Development

Train team on:

• Strategic storytelling and pitching
• Presenting ROI and media impact
• Selling across multiple advertising platforms
• Conduct mock pitches and provide coaching feedback
• Build sales playbooks with category insights, product USPs, and competitive benchmarks

Success Metrics / KPIs:

• Pitch Win Rate: Improvement in conversion for strategic/high-value deals
• Cross-Sell Revenue: Incremental revenue from existing clients buying new media formats
• Deck Utilization: % of pitches using standard strategic templates
• Proposal Turnaround Time: Reduction in preparation time
• Tool Adoption Rate: Usage of media planning tools post-training
• Client Feedback: Ratings post-pitch

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 35 years in sales enablement, pitch strategy, or business development
• Proven track record of creating high-stakes pitch decks that have won business
• Strong grasp of advertising solutions, audience targeting, and media planning
• Skilled in storytelling, data visualization, and persuasive design
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work under tight timelines for RFPs and pitches
