Job Overview

Meet Individual & Organizational Annual Sales targets-strategic & Tactical. Lead Customer Advocacy effort w.r.t requirements & the solutions. Masterfully create, build & close business opportunities monthly. Ensure Daily customer visits & map assigned territory to the optimum level. Responsible for closure of work order on daily /project basis on completion of job. Ensure timely release of payment from customers against the business booked.

Role

  • Individual Contributor role for meeting annual Sales targets.
  • Map assigned market & develop customer affinity.
  • Masterfully execute closer of sales keeping profitability in mind
  • Lead Customer Advocacy effort w.r.t requirements & the solutions.
  • Responsible for smooth, timely & end to end business/Sales cycle involving prospecting, closing, collection, Installation etc.
  • F.Responsible for opening & closure of work order on daily /project basis on completion of job.
  • Ensure timely release of payment from customers against the business booked.
  • Responsible for meeting customers on regular basis for the assigned market.
  • Initiate customer dialogue & generate new requirements.
  • Build a healthy pipeline with qualified prospects.
  • Timely submission of response/Presentations/proposals to the customers.
  • Masterfully interface & drive - Design, Installation team for building effective solution to customer.

  4. Masterfully execute closer of sales keeping profitability in mind
  5. Responsible for meeting customers on regular basis for the assigned market.
  6. Responsible for timely raising work order & collection of outstanding.
  7. Ensure timely receipt of Invoices, Performa Invoices by customers.
  8. Ensure shipment TAT is met - from receipt of PO from customer up till delivery, return of core & payment.
  9. Timely submit & build cost effective Solutions/ technical proposals, with the help of Engineering team matching the customer expectations & needs.

Academic Qualification

  • Electronic /Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Aeronautical - Engineering Graduate. (12 + 4 years)

Professional Experience

  • Minimum Experience of 04 years in Sales in the Aviation/Electronic/ Automotive Industry or equivalent in Corporate- Direct Sales.
  • Direct Sales/Account Management of Corporate/Govt Customers/Defence
  • Techno-Commercial acumen is essential.
  • Must have handled & executed Sales with Private & Government customers.
  • A thorough understanding of Avionics is preferred.
  • Only Sales experience will be considered.
