Key Responsibilities

·        Passionate about extensive field work, including face-to-face meetings and building/maintaining strong relationships with potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories

·        Present, promote, and sell medical equipment and devices to prospective customers

·        Explain product features and clinical benefits clearly to healthcare professionals

·        Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and hospital staff

·        Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

·        Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences and follow up on leads generated

·        Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to long-term account growth

·        Coordinate closely with the backend teams to ensure Preparing commercial proposals based on client discussions and follow up for approvals and clarifications

·        Ensure timely payment collections and keep divisional outstanding at minimal levels through regular follow-ups


Qualifications & Skills

·        Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, ECE, or B.Sc. (relevant discipline)

·        2 to 5 years of experience in hardcore sales of medical equipment, devices, or medical consumables PREFERRED 

·        Proven sales, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to close deals

·        Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

·        Familiarity with procurement procedures in both Government and Private hospitals

·        Willingness to travel extensively, as the role involves significant field work

Salary and Perks will be commensurate with qualifications and Experience and best as per industry Standards.
