Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Salcette, with site travelling. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, understanding customer needs, and helping to tailor product solutions to meet those needs. Your daily tasks will include conducting product presentations, demonstrating product features, assisting with proposal development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales skills and ability to understand customer needs
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in the water technology industry is a plus
