Job Description

About the Role:

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Sales & Business Development

Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities.
Present and promote technical products/solutions to clients.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Understand client requirements and provide customized technical solutions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding technical and commercial queries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide insights to management for product improvements and business strategy.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer databases.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.

5. Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide insights to management for product improvements and business strategy.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
