Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, tailoring transformer solutions, preparing and delivering product presentations, and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met. The role involves close interaction with clients and partners to foster relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the transformer or power solutions industry is a plus
