Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, managing customer relations, and delivering high-quality service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, designing customized lighting solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management
Ability to understand and implement technical concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
