Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production / Operation Manager located in Chennai. The Production / Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing production planning, managing operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of production. The role involves coordinating with different departments, implementing production schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong Operations Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the transformer or electronics industry is a plus
