We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Engineer with strong expertise in erection, testing, commissioning, and charging of Power, EHV, IDT, Dry-Type, and Furnace transformers. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in solar power project installations for large clients like NTPC, Adani, etc. This role involves managing end-to-end site operations, technical troubleshooting, and team supervision.
Erection, testing, pre-commissioning & charging of various types of transformers (1 MVA–50 MVA).
Conduct diagnostic tests (IR, PI, Tan Delta, SFRA, etc.) and prepare technical reports.
Lead solar project execution including inverter-transformer integration and grid compliance.
Coordinate with EPCs, consultants, and clients during site execution.
Ensure safety and quality standards across all service activities.
Train and supervise junior service staff and technicians.
Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
8+ years of field experience in transformer commissioning and solar projects.
Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
