We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Engineer & Techno-Marketing team for the Kolhapur, Sangli, and Belgaum regions. Key Responsibilities Promote and market construction chemical products to builders, contractors, and consultants. Provide technical support and product demonstrations at client sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory. Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports. Coordinate with the technical and R&D teams for customer requirements and feedback. Conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions for customers and channel partners. What We’re Looking For Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support (construction chemicals preferred). Degree in Civil/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively in Kolhapur, Sangli, Belgaum, and nearby areas. Strong learning attitude and passion for sales & marketing. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
