Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical clarifications.
Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Visit client sites as needed for meetings, discussions, and support.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand challenges and provide timely solutions.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering discipline).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
Strong sales aptitude with interest in technical products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong customer service orientation.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems or industrial products will be an advantage.
