Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients; strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Drive inclusion of company products in client procurement and technical requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, generate inquiries, and convert them into business.
  • Prepare and execute monthly/quarterly/yearly sales strategies.
  • Review RFQs/ITBs and coordinate with internal teams for proposals & quotations.
  • Report regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Frequent client visits & travel to expand network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Materials).
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience (2+ years in similar industry).
  • Strong communication, presentation & relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; strategic mindset with client-focused approach.
