We are committed to enhancing productivity, reducing energy consumption, and optimizing plant efficiency with intelligent automation and data-driven control systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, located in Coimbatore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and facilitating the technical aspects of the sales process. In addition, the Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver presentations, provide technical guidance, and support the product development team with customer feedback.

Qualifications

Sales Engineering and Sales skills
Technical Support and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in the machinery or industrial equipment sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
