  • 2–4 years of experience in industrial machinery sales or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of high-tech equipment and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of high-tech industrial machinery, generating qualified leads, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to effectively communicate product value and close deals.Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing teams.Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machinery solutions.Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.Maintain and update CRM with lead and opportunity details.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in capital equipment or automation solutions.Existing network in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics sectors.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
