Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive with a strong Communication Skills. This role involves selling clean air solutions such as air handling units, HEPA filters, laminar airflows, and HVAC systems to pharmaceutical companies across India. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, excellent sales skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibility

· Drive B2B sales of clean air and HVAC solutions across pharmaceutical facilities in India.

· Identify and develop leads in pharma manufacturing hubs and cleanroom projects nationwide.

· Present and promote AHU, HVAC, and clean air products to decision-makers in pharma companies.

· Conduct technical site assessments and recommend solutions tailored to client requirements.

· Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

· Coordinate with design and technical teams for proposal development and customization.

· Stay updated with Indian and international cleanroom standards

· Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and provide market insights to the leadership team.

· Travel extensively to meet customers, attend trade shows, and monitor installation progress when needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering,

· 0-3 years of experience in selling AHU, HVAC, or clean air systems to the pharmaceutical sector.

· Strong knowledge of air handling systems, cleanroom air control, and pharma-grade HVAC design.

· Proven track record of sales achievement and market development.

· Excellent communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
