Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by utilizing your technical expertise to understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. - Analyze client requirements and offer appropriate product recommendations. - Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Assist in creating technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Provide technical support throughout and after the sales process. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements. - Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years experience in technical or solution-based sales. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to comprehend and communicate technical product details effectively. - Customer-centric mindset with a track record of successful sales closures. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Flexibility for travel as needed.
