Sales Engineer

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a technically sound Senior Engineer – Sales with experience in selling sheet metal based laboratory and industrial furniture. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales conversions of laboratory furniture, fume hoods, and related sheet metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and convert new business opportunities in pharma, R&D, industrial, and institutional sectors

2. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure.

3. Provide technical inputs and site-based solutions for lab furniture, fume hoods, and enclosures.

4. Coordinate with design and production teams for customized solutions.

5. Provide data for preparing BOQs, proposals, and accordingly negotiate pricing and terms.

6. Ensure timely project follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

7. Maintain CRM records and provide sales performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred) or Science.

2. 4–6 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales; experience in laboratory infrastructure, furniture, or HVAC systems is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of technical drawings and product specifications.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM.

7. Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
