Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial or laboratory infrastructure domain. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales conversions of laboratory furniture, fume hoods, and related sheet metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

2. Identify and generate new business opportunities across institutional, research, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and education sectors.

3. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.

4. Share requisite details to prepare and deliver quotations, technical proposals, and presentations.

5. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery.

6. Negotiate and close deals, maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

7. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

8. Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

10. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred) or Science; MBA in Marketing is a plus.

2. 5–10 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales; experience in laboratory infrastructure, furniture, or HVAC systems is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of technical drawings and product specifications. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM.

7. Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
