Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation - IIoT)

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the Industrial Automation industry. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting sales activities for PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, IIoT, and automation solutions. You will interact with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users to understand their requirements, prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOM, costing, and quotations. Additionally, you will deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training, coordinate with the internal engineering team for project execution, and support commissioning and troubleshooting at client sites. You will also manage lead generation, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and order closing, maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, provide after-sales support, handle customer complaints, and ensure the successful delivery of automation projects, including FAT/SAT support.
