We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to help drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You’ll play a key role in securing projects, representing our brand, and supporting our team to align business development with successful project delivery. Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer in construction services and project management, you’ll drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and securing contracts. You’ll collaborate with teams, manage project pipelines, and represent our brand at events. If you’re motivated, results-driven, and passionate about construction, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients and markets in the construction services sector.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate Leads: Actively prospect through networking, referrals, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop Proposals & Presentations: Create tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs and secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with project management, marketing, and other teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and offerings.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent).
  • Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or project management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and the service sector.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate clearly.
  • CRM & Project Management Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management systems.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Proactive, results-driven, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Market Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, industry technologies, and project management tools.
  • Negotiation & Proposal Writing: Expertise in negotiating contracts and creating tailored proposals to win business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
