Sales Engineer ( Hydraulic Excavator )

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Engineer to join our team in the construction equipment industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to effectively promote our products and solutions to clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical guidance, and delivering compelling sales presentations to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation: Act as a technical resource for customers, providing detailed information about our construction equipment, specifications, and applications.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.
• Training and Education: Provide training and support to customers on equipment use, maintenance, and best practices.
• Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback on products and services, relaying insights to the product development team to inform future offerings.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and competitive landscape is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
