• Client Needs Assessment:Identifying and understanding client requirements for home automation, including their needs for lighting, security, entertainment, and energy management.
• Solution Design:Developing tailored home automation solutions, integrating various devices and systems to meet client specifications.
• Product Demonstration:Presenting and demonstrating the functionality and benefits of home automation systems to potential clients.
• Technical Support:Providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance.
• Sales Presentations:Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of home automation solutions.
• System Implementation:Overseeing the installation and configuration of home automation systems, ensuring seamless integration and proper functionality.
• Post-Sales Support:Providing ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in home automation technologies and recommending improvements or new features.
• Collaboration:Working closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Documentation:Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of system designs, installation procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Skills Required:

• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of home automation protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi), smart home platforms, and integration tools.
• Sales Skills:Ability to identify leads, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
