Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer at HellermannTyton India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales activities, providing expert technical support to customers, delivering product demonstrations, and assisting in developing solutions tailored to meet customer needs. The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and experience with technical consultations, including solution design
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with cable management or network connectivity solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage time and assignments
