Sales Engineer
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will use a deep understanding of our products and services to drive sales by demonstrating how our solutions can meet customer needs and solve their specific business challenges. The Sales Engineer will be a key advisor to clients and an essential liaison between our sales and engineering departments.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include providing pre-sales technical support through presentations and demonstrations, analyzing client needs to design solutions, assisting the sales team with proposals and business cases, building strong client relationships, and relaying customer feedback to product development. They also offer post-sales support and troubleshooting, stay informed on market trends, and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred

Position and Duties:
The Employee agrees to work as Sales Engineer and to perform the duties and responsibilities listed below, and as may be reasonably assigned by the Employer from time to time.
1. Providing pre-sales technical support through presentations and demonstrations.
2. analyzing client needs to design solutions
3. assisting the sales team with proposals and business cases
4. building strong client relationships, and relaying customer feedback to product development
5. also offer post-sales support and troubleshooting, stay informed on market trends, and maintain CRM records.
6. Online promotion of products and services.
7. Searching, preparing, and submitting tenders/bids on various platforms.
8. Handling GeM Portal and IndiaMART inquiries and sales.
9. Handling company linkedin account
10. Coordinating with clients via calls, emails, and chat.
11. Sending email, quotation, and proposal.
12. Lead generation, follow-up, and conversion to sales.
13. Maintaining records of sales activities and tender submissions.
14. Attending client’s meeting online/offline
15. Traveling out of town for client’s meeting and technical support during the project execution.

Place:
Service shall be performed pan India, and reporting to Head Quarter shall be Delhi, India.
