o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
o Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
o Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
o Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
