Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing of Terminal Blocks, Relay Modules and other panel accessories either directly to panel builders or through dealers. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. Providing techno-commercial solutions, independently handling sales enquiries, and negotiating orders and responsible for executing till payment. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets the client's needs. Meeting monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets. Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members. Able to travel throughout sales territory. Required Candidate profile: DEGREE in Electrical/Instrumentation / Electronics Should have capabilities of team building and management. Young and energetic with a flair for Sales & Marketing and willing to travel extensively. Having relevant experience in direct Sales / Marketing of Industrial products preferably in Switchgear, Automation and Instrumentation & Control. Candidates having experience in selling Terminal Blocks Sensors, PLC, Relays, Relay Modules, Solar Terminals, Current Transformers, controllers, servo motors, and drives shall be preferred. Candidates having experience in OEM sales and channels shall be preferred. Must have excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
