Key Responsibilities:

1.

  • Identify, target, and onboard manufacturing companies located mainly in Bangalore with high growth potential.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in target industries.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Promote the InduzBuy platforms features and benefits to potential manufacturing companies located mainly in Bangalore.
  • Develop tailored proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate profitable contracts.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools for targeted lead generation.

3. Market & Industry Insights

  • Stay updated on manufacturing trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve platform features and user experience.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, platform development, and operations teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance metrics to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory:

    Engineering degree with a strong manufacturing industry background.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and milestones.
  • Strong network and relationships within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Adequate knowledge in

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
