Job Description

As a Sales Engineer & Sales Executive, your primary role will be to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products or services to prospective clients. This will require excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the market to achieve sales targets. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts. - Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize product or service sales. - Identifying and approaching potential clients, turning leads into customers. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. - Managing customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. - Researching and analyzing the market to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. - Generating leads through networking, cold-calling, and other strategies. - Assessing competitors and their offerings to develop unique selling points. - Preparing proposals and negotiating terms with clients to close sales effectively. - Handling objections and addressing concerns to facilitate deal closures. - Ensuring all sales are profitable and aligned with the company's pricing strategies. - Staying updated on products, services, and industry trends to offer relevant solutions. - Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Educating customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. - Preparing sales reports and forecasts to inform management of sales performance. - Tracking and updating CRM systems with customer data, lead progress, and sales outcomes. - Working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. - Providing feedback on customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements. - Collaborating on promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain clients.
