Please give us the opportunity to present our company and products as per your schedule. Job Description: Generate Enquiry from Existing & New Clients. Regenerate from existing client the Same business & New Products Monitor Enquiry, PO, Billing & Execution of Job, customer wise Prepare & send appropriate offers, as per Co. Price list Negotiate & Take order on profitable margin. Attend calls on time & give feedback to client. Attend & conduct meetings for propagating product knowledge Co-ordinate with back office team to complete Customer enquiry, Purchase order & billing requisites. Complete the process of Bill submission & follow up for Payment. Achieve above mentioned Targets, as assigned, on Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly & Annual basis & submit with your weekly & monthly reports as described below: Sales DSR report, daily/weekly, as found appropriate. Monthly: Order booking, Billing, collections, Addition of New customers. Quarterly: Order booking, Billing, collections, Addition of New customers. Contribute to Sales team/colleagues on awareness & competitor’s intelligence about new products which comes in the market. Manage, assist & Train subordinates, under you. Any other work/Target as assigned, in line with your Qualifications, experience & skills. Responsible for achieving the business target of Mumbai & Pune Ensuring sale of premium product mix, which helps to improve profitability of the company Implement business reviews with key accounts To identifying projects – Private & Corporate To specify products in projects & get it approved from Architects & Consultant Regular visits to Architects, Interior Contractors, Fabricators, Faade Consultants, Builders & Developers Identify & develop New Market Segment Monitoring & Analysing Sales Figures Initiating new sales promotion scheme to liquidate non-moving material Planning & formulating strategies to Improve sales for all key accounts Tracking Competitors new developments & activities Study market potential & plan accordingly Makes proper reports & review Visit, Sales & Collection on weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis Ensuring the achievement of high standard of customer service in projects Managing Inventory levels Focus on Commitments given to client
