Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the technical team to address customer queries. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base by leveraging their technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record in Sales and ability to manage sales processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
• Understanding of 3D printing technologies and Industry 4.0 is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
